Mai Tai
- 1/2 shot dark rum
- 1/2 shot light rum
- 1/4 shot CuraƧao
- 1/4 shot orgeat syrup
- 1/4 shot simple syrup
- 1/4 shot lime juice
- 1 pineapple wedge
- 1 lime zest
Mixing Directions:
Add all ingredients except dark rum into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into highball glass. Float dark rum, garnish with pineapple wedge and lime peel. Serve with straw.
