Irish Coffee
- 2 1/2 shots coffee
- 1 shot whisky
- 1/2 shot light cream
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
Mixing Directions:
Pour into the glass (for hot drink) hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and add a teaspoon of sugar. Warm the mixture over a burner. Do not boil the mixture.
Float Cream on top. We suggest placing a coffee spoon near the surface of glass and pouring the cream gently over to enable it to float.
