Inca Trail
- 2 orange wheel
- 1 lime wheel
- 1 1/2 oz. pisco
- 1 drop Cointreau®
- 2 splashes orange bitters
Mixing Directions:
Combine orange and lime slices in a Boston shaker and muddle until pulp is broken up. Add remaining ingredients and fill the shaker with ice. Pour between the shaker and a glass 2 to 3 times to incorporate.
Pour into a large (8-ounce) rocks glass and serve.
Background:
It’s a point of contention whether pisco’s origins are Chilean or Peruvian, but there’s no doubt that this cocktail can be enjoyed by those on both sides of the argument.
