Ingredients
3/4 oz. Arakú
1 splash absinthe
Directions

This is a Pousse-café style layered shooter. You simply pour the Arakú into a shot glass, or Pousse-café glass, then layer the Coole Swan over it. Finally, you layer a splash of absinthe on top, just enough to add a slight herbal nuance to the drink. I do not recommend substituting any other coffee liqueur for the Arakú in this recipe. Other coffee liqueurs do not have the same rum flavor as Arakú, and will simply not taste the same. That doesn't mean that they won't taste good, it just won't be this drink. Also, other liqueurs will have different densities and may not layer as beautifully as this drink does. That said, hope you try this and enjoy it as much as I do.
