The Best Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
2 oz.
Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz.
lemon juice
1 oz.
lime juice
1 oz.
maple syrup
1 dash
Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
1 dash
Angostura® Orange Bitters
1 drop
orange twist
Directions
Add all ingredients (minus Orange twist) to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 15-30 seconds. double strain into large coupe or double old fashion glass. Garnish with organ twist.

I've always been wary of drink recipes calling themselves "Perfect", or "The Best", or anything of that nature. I find that it's often the mark of an arrogant amateur. That being said, this one isn't too bad. I'd certainly never call it "The Best", but it wasn't too bad at all, and I'd probably make it again. I subbed out the Glenfiddich for an Irish whiskey, as I only tend to mix blended scotches, and didn't have any around for this one.
