Gin & Tonic

Ingredients
1.25 oz. gin
3 oz. Tonic water
Directions

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add 1 part of gin and 2 parts of tonic water. Garnish with a wedge of lime or squeeze the wedge and drop it in.

The recipe is a little watered-down for me. I suggest 2 parts gin, 3 parts tonic water, in a rocks glass, on ice with a squeeze of lime juice. I recommend Fever Tree tonic water(or Q Tonic, but it's tougher to find in my area), and your favourite gin.

This is in my top 3 summer drinks, simply because it's a quick, easy one that's really refreshing.
